I have more than 10 years experience as a landscape plan checker for two Central California cities and know the requirements for getting your landscape plans approved. Also, I am very knowledgeable about the requirements that AB 1881 and the State Model Water Efficient Landscape Ordinance places on new construction projects and can quickly and accurately complete the necessary water calculations to get your project through the plan checking process.
